Forget everything you've ever read, watched, or learned from others about monsters, like Dracula, the Wolfman, Frankenstein's Monster, and or even witches for that matter. Imagine that they're no different than you or I. And imagine that they have normal everyday lives like everybody else, well normal for monsters anyway. Like humans, monsters would have jobs, families, and perhaps even pets, but how they do it may not be so different after all. Take for instance, school for monster kids should be similar to humans, with cliques, drama, and even a ton homework. Right? Well, it wasn't until the MonsterGrrls went to Clearwater High in the human world.
How did monsters enter our world? And how could anyone let them go to a human school? What about the safety of our children?
When the MonsterGrrls arrived on the first day of school they weren't greeted with open arms. They were actually feared by some, ignored by others, but then they met two other girls who were more like them then they'd r...
I am so pleased to have come this far on my journey to my dreams. I have achieved many goals, and I hope to continue to accomplish even more. By the time I reach the end of my next fifty Dream Big editions, whether it be my column, or my show, I will continue to share all of my experiences with you.
In this YouTube episode I will answer fan questions, I will share what I've accomplished so far on the road to my dreams, and I will disclose what I am determined to achieve in the future. I know I am not alone on this path, and neither should any of you. If you want it go get it. Although it may be difficult, you can do what you want to be.
When it's all said and done, no matter where the door leads once it's opened, never give up, and always Dream Big!
Have you ever looked up to the sky on a clear dark night and just watched the stars? Do you try and count them, or wonder how many others out there are doing the exact same thing at this very moment? I look up to the stars as often as I can and I dream that one day that they'll finally grant all of those childhood wishes...
Disney said it best, "When you wish upon a star, it makes no difference who you are, anything your heart desires will come to you," and I believe that one day it will. But I have to work hard, and I can't let the obstacles of self-doubt, personal fears, or insecurities get in the way. I have to let all that go and keep moving forward, after all I have a journey to go on.
Life isn't without its own twists and turns, it can get downright bumpy too, but if you strap yourself in tight it can become a fun ride. Some turns might get a little scary, a sudden right or left when you least expect it can make even the most extreme thrill-seekers shudder. And it's not all fun and...
Today I had the pleasure of interviewing one of Knoxville's best in scary filmmaking, William Mahaffey, Director of the Knoxville Horror Fest. William was such a pleasure to have on my show. He spoke with me about his dreams, and what he sees himself doing in the future. It always inspires me when I get to meet with others and speak with them about their goals and inspirations. But I couldn't do it without all of you supporting the column and watching my show. Thank you.
No matter what chases you down a dark alley, or hides under your bed, never give up what can kill the things that go bump in the night. Don't be afraid, never fear, and always, Dream Big!
